• Possibility of requesting a new subscription to the provider's services:

  • IPTV.
  • Leased-line.
  • Hosting.
  • WiFi Zone.
• Viewing data related to all customer accounts (ADSL - IPTV).
• Managing all customer accounts and checking balances at any time.
• Reviewing session details for customer accounts, including duration and consumption value.
• Reviewing financial payments made on customer accounts.
• Viewing package consumption details for customer accounts.
• Ability to recharge a customer’s package.
• Submitting requests to modify the speed of the ADSL account.
• Submitting requests to modify the IPTV account package.
• Viewing router setup instructions for ADSL and IPTV services.
• Submitting complaints and reviewing previous complaints.
• Receiving alerts and notifications.
• Viewing payment details.
• Information on payment methods via banks and direct USSD numbers from MTN and Syriatel.

سياسة الاستخدام لمستخدمي تطبيق مزود خدمة الإنترنت رن نت

مقدمة:

يعتبر تطبيق "مزود خدمة الإنترنت رن نت" واحداً من حزمة الخدمات الإلكترونية التي يقدمها مزود رن نت إلى عملائه لتوفير خدماته لهم بسهولة وأمان. تم تطوير هذا التطبيق من قبل الفريق التقني الخاص بمزود خدمة الإنترنت رن نت لمساعدة العميل على الاطلاع والتحكم وإدارة حساباته لدى المزود بواسطة الهاتف المحمول.

الفئات المستهدفة

هذا التطبيق موجه لجميع عملاء مزود خدمة الإنترنت رن نت، يستطيع العميل استخدامه بشكل اختياري عند فتح الحساب أو بعد ذلك، حيث يحدد العميل رقم الهاتف الخاص باشتراكه والرقم الوطني الخاص به ليتم عرض جميع الحسابات الخاصة بالعميل.

الخدمات التي يوفرها التطبيق

يتيح التطبيق عدد من المميزات, أهمها:

• إمكانية طلب اشتراك جديد بخدمات المزود:

• استعراض الجلسات الخاصة بحسابات العميل, مع عرض المدة الزمنية وقيمة الاستهلاك ضمن الجلسة.
• استعراض الدفعات المالية التي تمت على حسابات العميل.
• استعراض تفاصيل استهلاك الباقة لحسابات العميل.
• إمكانية شحن باقة لحساب العميل.
• إمكانية تقديم طلب تعديل سرعة لحساب الـ ADSL الخاص بالعميل
• إمكانية تقديم طلب تعديل باقة حساب الـ IPTV الخاص بالعميل.
• عرض خطوات ضبط إعدادات الراوترات لخدمة الـ ADSL والـ IPTV.
• إمكانية تقديم شكوى للعميل وعرض ومتابعة الشكاوى السابقة.
• استقبال التنبيهات والإشعارات.
• عرض تفاصيل نقاط البيع.
• عرض كيفية السداد عن طريق البنوك من خلال الحسابات البنكية التي يمكن التحويل المالي لها.
• عرض كيفية السداد عن طريق شركة MTN و Syriatel من خلال الأرقام المباشرة USSD.

سياسة الاستخدام:

تطبيق هذه السياسة (التي ينبغي قراءتها بعناية من قبل المستخدم) على جميع مستخدمي تطبيق مزود رن نت ويلتزم المزود بحماية المعلومات الشخصية وحقوق الخصوصية المتعلقة بالمتعاملين. لدى استخدام هذا التطبيق فإنك تقر بأنك قد قرأت وفهمت شروط وأحكام الاستخدام وأنك موافق على الالتزام بجميع شروطها

حقوق المستخدم:

نحترم حقوقك في مزود خدمة الإنترنت رن نت. وفقا للتشريعات المعمول بها لديك الحقوق القانونية التالية فيما يخص معلوماتك الشخصية

• الحق في الوصول إلى معلومات حساباتك المسجلة لدينا.
